Return & Exchange Policy

NOT QUITE WHAT YOU HAD IN MIND?

Send it back to us with your invoice within 3 business days and we'll credit you back to the original payment type. Don't forget to enclose a copy of the invoice. If you got this as a gift, we will be happy to discuss an exchange providing the merchandise is returned in "as new" condition.

 

PROBLEMS WITH MERCHANDISE:

Our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Given normal day-to-day use this should be sufficient time to determine if the item has a manufacturer's defect.

 

HOW TO SEND IT BACK:

Please call customer service at 1.800.344.6699 and request a return authorization number. Package the merchandise, enclose a copy of your invoice, mark the return authorization number on the invoice, and be sure to keep a copy for your records. Affix a shipping label to your package, and mark the carton with the word "RETURN", and ship it via the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you choose either U.S. mail insured with a return receipt or other private carrier with tracking capabilities. We will not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Be sure to send it pre-paid; no CODs allowed. Credit for freight will not be given.

 

HOW DO WE ISSUE CREDITS FOR RETURNS?

With the invoice as proof of purchase we can provide the full value of the merchandise in the form of tender that was originally used. We offer exchanges for gift recipients for merchandise of comparable quality and value, subject to availability.
